It has occurred to me that each time I make a copy from an old newspaper, I am acquiring far more names than the one for which I'm searching. It seems a shame to throw these away, since many are not indexed, and would never otherwise be found. So I will be putting some messages listing these names on the message board when added. The full alphabetized table is at http://freepages.misc.rootsweb.com/~solongago/NewsNames.html, and at the end of its first day has 181 names for which I have already had three inquiries. If anyone in the future finds interest in these individuals, please contact me at for more information.

More people should do this. I wish someone would do such a thing in an area in which I have relatives. Maybe it will catch on, like RAOGK.
