Following is information from marriage ap #11128, in the Lucas County Marriage Records, for Joseph H. Heaton and Mary L. Scott. I have eliminated the "legalese" wording and these are the basics:

Joseph H. Heaton, is 22 years old on 13 Sep 1907. His residence is 541 Erie St., Toledo. His place of birth is Ottawa, Ohio and he is a laborer. His father is Samuel J. Heaton and his mother's maiden name is Eliza (hard to read) Scoonover. He was not previously married.

Mary L. Scott is 19 years old on 18 June 1907. Her residence is Toledo, Lucas Co. Ohio. Her place of birth is Mercer Co. Ohio and her occupation is none. Her father is John Scott and her mother's maiden name is Martha Knox. She was not previously married.

Their marriage certificate states that they were married 1 Jun 1907 by Walter E. Schuette, J.P. Recorded June 25, 1907.

The SCOTT family is in the 1900 census in Dublin, Mercer, OH, Mary being indexed as Mollie.
