Bea,

Just highlight the text of the obit on the webpage with your mouse while
holding down the left mouse button and then do the Edit / Copy commands
(you can also use the keyboard shortcut by holding down the CNTL key and
pressing the C key). This will place the text in your computer's clipboard.

Then open up a word processor program or even just Notepad and then do
the Edit / Paste commands (keyboard shortcut - hold the CNTL key down
and press the V key) to put the copied text in to your word processor.
Then, just save your new document.
