Hi Kathie. I have a copy of the Youngstown 1915 street directory, and there is only one Miller listed. It is G.J. Miller, and he/she lived on Glenwood where "Elmira ave. begins". That's all that it says. I'm not sure if that helps or not, but that's the extent of what I can offer.
