Hi,
I'm planning a trip to Marion in the latter part of June, primarily to
search in the very old records for any trace of my family, which moved
there around 1828. Does anybody know what is available at the court
house (or other locations) that cannot be gotten from the FHL (for
instance, the tax lists are photographed only up to 1838, hopefully they
exist in the following years).

Any hints about good places to look for the oldest Marion records
gratefully appreciated.
