I am looking for my gg grandfather Thomas Adams b 1770 probably in PA. He
married 1st Agnes (unknown) in 1791; 2nd Elizabeth RALSTON in 1814.
He was in Marion Co, OH in 1828 and on the 1830 Crawford Co. OH census.
I would surmise that he didn't move - the county lines just changed.
I can't find Thomas between 1770 and 1828 except for his 1814 marriage in
Jefferson Co., OH. He left Crawford Co abt 1834 moving to Porter Co, IN
where he and Elizabeth are buried.
He had 20 children for whom I have all birth dates and many spouses of the
children, plus his grandchildren. One daughter, Rachel, married David
BRYANT, who was also in Marion Co in the same time frame as Thomas.
Does anything sound familiar to anyone?
