Things seem to be popping along these lines
I received this from Sherry Neff:
This is a page pertaining to my Dye-Howell line with mention of Crowel
Howell. I wasn't sure if you had this information.

It not only mentions my Crowell Howell, b. 1834 Meigs co. but a few others
that I think connects to the Riggs~Dye~Howell~Bradfield~Bradford~Jones lines.
All people from Meigs Co.
It is from Thomas Dye's Memorandum Book
Harrison Meigs Co. Ohio.

Lynn K. had sent me a package the same day and the connections were
everywhere. I think. I sent the info to the ones I thought were involved
and hope to hear from them today. Our connection is Mathew Howell b. upper
Canada lived in Meigs Co, had a bunch of kids who married there and went to
IA OR and places west, and then Mathew d. in IA .

I suggest that all members check this link for possible connestions and send
connections the list and let's get this togeather. This is the most
exciting thing I have come across since I found Crowell and Meigs Co.
