Mrs. Sadie Davis Dies at Danville

Mrs. Sadie DAVIS, age 68, died at 6:30 P. M. at her home at Danville
(Langsville R. D.) after a long illness. She had been ailing for sometime
and had been critically ill since July.

Native of Minnesota, Mrs. Davis had resided in Danville community for 35
years. She was the widow of Oren DAVIS.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Earl VANCE, of Danville, and Mrs. Minnie
DEVAULT of Cleveland and two sons, Orville, DAVIS of Akron and Edwin DAVIS of
Langsville. Three sisters and one brother also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the
Danville Church with burial in charge of Butler-McCoy of Vinton in the church
cemetery. The Rev. Novel RUSSELL will officiate at final rites.
