Talked with the Columbus Dispatch,

You can only get the CD's through Mail Order only. I will order my copy today. It will take several weeks to get it.
It is 108 Pages, I assume it is an image form like .jpg or .bmp

The CD will work on a MAC, also.

I will go next week to pick up paper copies. Please let me know by Sunday, if you want one.
