I have recently came into possession of a photo of
Solomon Palmer dated May 8, 1891. It was taken by a
W. D. Kennedy in Greencastle Pennsylvania. The man is
assumed to be from, or have connections to, Meigs
County, Ohio since the picture was included in my
grandmothers things. She was from Racine, Meigs
County, Ohio.

Who was this man? Anyone have any ideas?
