Hi, I'm new to this list but I have a contribution. My Great-great-
grandfather was Benjamin Clark. He moved to Gibson Township with his
first wife Elizabeth Denney and his father-in-law William F. Denney
in the mid-1800's from Gallia County, Ohio. His second wife Phyllis
Jane Collins, the daughter of Solomon and Nancy Collins is my
great-great-grandmother. I have quite a bit of information about
Benjamin that was passed on to me over the past two years by my great-
Aunt Marie who died recently. Most significantly, I also have a journal
written by William Clark who is the father of Benjamin Clark. It's an
incredible collection of notes, reflections and information. I had it
scanned and now it's on CD-rom so that I can print out copies in color.
They really look great. Only problem is that I don't know any of my
cousins outside my own line which is descended from Charles Wingrove
Clark, Benjamin's youngest of seventeen children. If you believe you
are related to any of these folks please contact me because I will
gladly share all information I have. I really, truly want to find my
