The probate records are at the Otis Building on East Market St. The Mercer
Co. Educatioal Service Center is now in this building and you do not need
an appointment. The hours are from 8:A.M.-4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday. The
receptionist will make copys for 25cents. If you haven't been there for
awhile you will be pleasantly surprised.
