Looking for information on the following family.

James MORGAN, b. abt 1830 (served in the Co. A, 10th Michigan Cavalry during
Civil War.

His wife was Atlee McCORRISTER (very hard to read on son's death certificate).
McCorrister is a best possible guess.

children known to me.

Elvin MORGAN, b. 9 Jul 1847 (in Mercer Cty)
James Abe MORGAN, b. 18 Jul 1854 (in Mercer Cty)

Both sons moved to Wisconsin in 1872. What happened to the parents?

I have lots of information to share and would surely love some help with this.
