for information on THREE cents per copy vital records.
To quote part of that page:
"Uncertified copies of vital records have no certification
message or signature and may not be used as an official document.
These types of copies are used for medical or genealogy research.
Fees for these records are 3 cents per copy, plus postage costs."
Requests may be ordered by mail or in person
and cannot be ordered by E-mail or telephone.
"To request public records from the Ohio Department of Health's
Vital Statistics Unit, mail a letter to the address below:
