I miscounted on the years for the birth of Willam J. & Susan WEBB earlier.

In the 1830 Ohio Census there was only one Tiler listed.
Richland Co., Ohio
TILER, Samuel Washington Township pg. 016.

There were none in the 1840 Index.

1850 Ohio Census finds only two listings:
Licking Co.: TILER, Jane - Madison Twp. pg 098.
Meigs Co : TILER, Martha - Rutland Twp. pg. 104.

The Richland Co. Tiller is not that far away, Maybe you should check
on that family.
