Hi Nancy,
Several years ago - 9 to be exact - the Fort Recovery Historical Society
published a history of Fort Recovery in celebration of their Bicentennial.
A submission by a member contained information about Washington Snyder.
There were 12 children in his family - Ellen Isaphene (VanKirk), William
Riley, Wellington Riley, John Marshall, Charlie Glenn, Fannie E., (Rabe),
Washngton Roscoe, Don Clark, Louden, Lucretia May (Carr), Arlie (deceased at
ten months), and Verne. Wash's second wife was Amanda Black.
William Riley married Sarah Runkle on May 28, 1905 and had ten
children.Sarah Elizabeth (Sutton), Paul William, Mary Isabelle (Crum), Jacob
Washington, JOhn David, Martha Lucretia (Schmidt II), James Carlton, William
Runkle, and twins Marshall Eugene (died at 2 weeks) and Charles Edward (died
at 3 months).
Hope this helps.
Nancy
