Dave on Fetzer family
There is a Jacob Fetzer d. Allen Co., Ohio on 6-11-1929 Vol. #6011, Cert.
38819
There is an Anna B. Fetzer d. Mercer Co., Ohio 6-21-1915 Vol. #1675, Cert.
34955
You can go to the Ohio site and search for your Fetzer family <
http://www.ohiohistory.org/dindex/search.cfm>; They also have a form that you
can print. The cost of the death certificates is $1.00 and it takes about 6
weeks.
They have death claims on-line from: 1913 thru 1937. Prior to 1908, the
deaths were maintained by the Probate Courts after that date the country had
the responsibility for maintaining same. You can get the death certificates
through the county where the death occurred but at a higher cost. By the
way, if anyone is vitising Columbus, Ohio and are going to the Ohio
Historical Society on Velma Ave., you can look up and make a copy of the
death certificate for twenty five cents. Roberta
