Don't know if this is who you're looking for....

There's a Charles H Granger listed in the Ohio (Miami County; Piqua city;
District 27 census - Ward 3 sheet 6A).

I'm still new at reading census data so I'm not even going to guess at the
spelling of his wife's name. Middle initial is D. It's just the 2 of them
in their rented house. He's 54, she's 49. Both born in Ohio. He's a meat
cutter in a meat packaging facility. She's not employed.
