Martha Cooper, daughter of Jacob Cooper and Lydia Bartlette married John
Austen, born 1815 of Kent, England in 1841 in Morrow Co, Ohio. They had
3 children, Elizabeth in 1842, William in 1843 and Martha 1845 in Morrow
Co. Elizabeth married J.C. White in 1863. William married Elizabeth Dunkinson
in 1871. No marriage is listed for Martha A. John Austen later married
Mary Jane Thompson Jan 7, 1849. They had children Martha, Amanda and Benjamin.
Martha Cooper had siblings Edwin, Angaline and Elizabeth and possibly Catherine,
