Attached is a scan of an original Power of Attorney which I recently acquired which is dated November 24, 1873, and which was granted by Benjamin & Mariah Everett, husband and wife, of Crawford County, Missouri, to Samuel Everett of Morrow County, Ohio. The document appears to deal with the granting of authority to Samuel Everett to deal with the property of the estate of William Everett, late of the County of Morrow and State of Ohio. The document was notarized by William Evans, Notary Public of Crawford County, Missouri. I thought this might make an interesting addition to someone's family history.
