I am trying to find out where to get records from the Chester Baptist Church in Morrow County, OH. I found out that my ancestor John Gwinn (b. 1782) taught at the first school in 1815 in Chester which was on the site of the Baptist Church. I would like to write to see if there are any records for any Gwinn's at this Church.

Also, I believe Enos Miles' wife Elizabeth was John Gwinn's sister and I know Enos Miles was buried at the Chester Baptist Church Cemetery in 1840. I wonder if Elizabeth was buried there (she died about 1875) or John Gwinn's wife Catherine who died bet. 1850-1860. I am sure ANY Gwinn/Gwin's buried in Morrow County are related to me! I just don't know how to find them.

Thanks for any help you can give me. I live in California so I can use all the help I can get!
