The Morrow County History mentions a James Bloomfield as living
in Washington Twp. Morrow Co. The reference is to a Methodist
Church that was built, in Iberia, in 1841. James Bloomfield was
one of the Trustees. Since the James Bloomfield in the query was
born about 1845, he could have been the son of the Church
Trustee. There are still Bloomfields living in that area.
