I think you are in the right place - as I recall - without looking it up -
your greatgrandfather was a Brethren minister and is written up in the local
histories - if you don't have that I will be glad to send it to you.
Several Horn researchers have been working for years on this tribe - I am a
come lately - but because we have documentation that Daniels' daughter Mary
marrried into my wife's Plank family and because we believe that Daniel was
appointed guardian for a neice Mary Magdelana Horn - who married into my
wife's Bowser family - we have been dragged into this very interesting family
- willy-nilly.
We have a chapter on the Horns and Susannah's family the Croys in our family
history on the Bowsers - which will be available in several libraries by the
end of tis year.
