I am a resesarcher of the GERMAN family from Muskingum County, Ohio, living in the Hopewell Township, in 1850 Census. They would have been married before 1839. Do not have Elizabeth's maiden name.

My relative is Jonathan and Elizabeth GERMAN of 1850 Census there.

There is also a Jonathan GERMAIN in the 1840 Census there. I would like to get a copy of that census report, also.

I have the final resting place of Jonathan and Elizabeth located.

I am searching for any of his siblings or hers.

Jonathan was born in 1814, Ohio,
Elizabeth was born in 1818 Ohio.

Sylvester German, born abt. 1851 is my direct line to this family. Jonathan and Elisabeth were my GG Grandparents. They had several children, as known.
