If this is the father of "your" William Frazier, then it is also the father of "my" William Frazier. You will see in the census a William Frazier Jr. living next door. He is married to "Rachel". She is Rachel withers, the daughter of John and Eunice Withers. Their children are Eunice, Electa, Sarah, Lizzie and William. Found in the 1850, 60 and 70 census in Chandlersville. I am in the Withers line. Rachel's brother is my 2nd great grandfather.
