In the 4-H office of the courthouse, 150 Courthouse, Caldwell, Ohio 43724,
I believe for $6.00 you can buy the NOBLE COUNTY PLAT DIRECTORY for 1997
with township maps, city maps (limited info), index of owners, etc., 88
pages, spiral bound, 8 1/2 x 11. I assume they will mail. Phone is
740-732-5681. The property owners are printed on the maps.
