Pat,

I don't know where you could get a first edition, but the
electronic copy of the "Souvenir Volume" (1898) is
available via Heritage Quest database. You may be able to
access Heritage Quest at your local library or a nearby
college. The copy of the book that was put on microfiche
and then scanned into the database is owned by the Detroit
Public Library, but it is a reference book, so you can't
order it by interlibrary loan. The 1913 edition is
available for loan from that library.
