For information on the CARSON line, I would suggest looking at the book:

Carson-Bent-Boggs genealogy: line of William Carson, ancestor of
"Kit" Carson, famous scout and pioneer of the Rocky Mountain area, with the
western branches of the Bent and Boggs families with whom "Kit" was
associated, and the line of Samuel Carson, supposed to be a brother of
William Carson: compiled by Quantrille D. McClung.


I'm working on the HEISER line and I found the following:

John James Carson, b. 1859, d. Sherman, Texas: m. Emma Heiser
Children:
Hope O. Carson, b. 7-27-1881
Earl James Carson, M.D., b. 4-27-1883, d. 1949 m. -- Benne
Merl John Carson, M.D., b. 4-27-1883, d. 1929 m. Bess --
