Subject: Need help in Arizona Death Certificate

Does anyone know where to send for a death certificate from 1926. The
person died of TB in Arizona. I do not know whether he was in a sanitarium
there or not. I have the date of death from the local funeral home but need
the death certificate. In Ohio the old certificates are kept at the Ohio
Historical Society up to 1944 wondering if a place like that in Az. Also
need to know what the cost will be. Joan
