Michelle,
Thanks for passing along this important petition. I've signed it and
sent it onto others. Sept.-Oct. 1999, while "back home" for vacation and
genealogy hunting, I saw what had been done to one of the old cemeteries
in Raymond, Ohio. It was one of the cemeteries I was looking for -- a
backhoe and a huge deep hole was all that was left. I never did find out
where the people were moved to. I've heard tell of cemeteries actually
being paved over for parking lots....I don't know how true this story
is. But if it's got anything to do with "progress", it wouldn't surprise
me.
