Hi - probably already seen plenty of info on this but need to be updated!
Am sending off for 7 certificates at the $1 rate. My question is: do I
need to do a separate check/money order per request? If you send too much
& tell them to keep the rest as a donation, do they do it or do they send
you a mail saying it wasn't the "correct amount". How do you know what
the correct amount is if you don't know how many pages, etc. are in each
file? How long does it take (will I have to wait weeks, months or
years?!)
I have all the correct names, dates & volume & certificate numbers plus
counties where they died.

Also has anyone requested a marriage certificate off of the Vital Records
Request form for the same $1 rate?
