Searching for families of my father. George Burtner Gallaugher Noel.b1922
d.1976 was from Ellwood City, Pa..His father Walter(Dutch)Leroy Noel lived
in Youngstown b.1890 d.1973.He had two brothers in Youngstown-Elmer and
Charles(?)and one brother who lived in Butler Co, Pa.USA. We have not been
able to locate any of the brothers and their families. Any info would be
