I looked up your Noble Biddle in the 1880 census. He's in Lexington, McLean, Illinois, Page 511C:
Noble Biddle, self, age 64, OH PA PA Stockdealer
Rebecca Biddle, wife, age 56, OH OH OH Keeping house
Alexander Jeffers, SSon, 23, IL VA VA Printer

There is another Biddle family in Towanda, McLean, IL
Doil Biddle, self, 44, OH OH OH
Rebecca, wife, 44, OH OH IL
Noble, son, 15, IL OH OH
Edward M., son, 13
Elmer F., son, 11
Joseph R., son, 9
Wilmes O., son, 5
Charley Canton, 28, OH ? ? Farm Hand
