Thanks so much! I would love to see pics! I have never seen any of the Garverick's (Virgil, Chester, etc. etc.). This line is actually my husbands. I have a series of letters written from the 1890's up to abt. 1920. Most of the early ones are from Chester to Essie prior to their marriage. I can e-mail them to you (I typed all of them into Word). I have NO info on Essie, except that Chester knew her brother, John. These letters contain lots of names of people in Whetstone at the time.

I do know Essie was a teacher, and I have a poem she wrote when she was about 12 yo.

Also, regarding Chester re-marrying, someone just e-mailed me the census record with his new wife. Basically, I just found out.
