Gail, Sorry but unless there were some Kelley's who branched out from
Arkansas, I can not make a connection.
All my Grandparents were from Virginia, Tennesse and Arkansas.
I have Giles from Virginia and then William, Elijah, Giles William and many
others, but as I said I do not know if any were in the area you are looking
at.
