I find this all interesting. I knew that Tecumseh had a couple of sons but nothing about a daughter. I do wonder though, when did Henry Howe write this about Rebecca, what year? And, if Rebecca had become pregnant back then, out of wedlock, would they not have kept it hushed?

Also, Henry mentioned that his grandfather moved to Greene County, isn't that in PA? All of the other storys say that Mr. Galloway moved to Scioto County, Ohio, around Chillocothe, on the old homestead of Tecumseh and his family. All of your information is new to me.

I am not a decendant of Tecumseh, I am a decendant of his sister, but I find all of the information about the family interesting.

Have you read "Sorrow in our Hearts" by Allan Eckert, or "The Frontiersmen, same author?
