Hi Sue,

My husband's ancestor who I was referring to was Edward C. Marble, Sr.
In the 1850 Lockport, Niagara Co., NY Census, he is listed as a weaver.
In the 1860 Mexico, Tymochtee Twp, Wyandot Co., OH Census, he's listed
as a laborer. I have not found him in 1870, although his wife and family
are
in Carey, Wyandot Co., OH in that census year. I have been told
by another researcher that he moved to Berrien Co., MI and died there.

Thanks for the interesting information. I would love to know if any
of Edward Marble's weaving survived or was ever documented.
This was my husband's 3rd great-grandfather.

Regards,
Pam
