Cannot locate Jacob & Addie on the 1870 census for Seneca County. I have Addie's parents & siblings still at home:

I may have found Addie in 1880, living in Pleasant twp., Seneca County, in the household of Jacob Holtz. She is listed as "other" as far as relationship to head of household. Living with them is also a 10 year old Katie White.
