I found 5 McMurrey siblings in 1-WD Clinton Twp, Seneca County, Ohio on the 1920 Census.

They are in an institution that I can not make out online. It says something like "National Council of the Jr. O of U. A. M. of U.A. of N.A...." Can someone tell me what this is?
