Does anyone have access to birth index for Shelby around 1879. I am looking
for Jesse Albert CROMER suppossed to have been born in Newport. According to
2nd marriage record his birthdate was 22 Sept. He went by the name of Albert
most of the time. He could be recorded as Albert not Jesse. If anyone can
check the index to see if it is there I would be appreciate it.
