on the Death index I believe the closest name is JOSEPH W. TROUT This gives place of birth as PA

OBIT is Jacob W. Grout

cemetery record is Jacob W. Frout this gives place of birth as Salem OH

his name is: Jacob W. Trout


How could three different places of record makes these various errors.

But most of the other age, death cause and funeral home match cemetery and death certficiate.
How frustrating!
