Linda,
I know there are a number of Powells in Monroe County. However, I have been
told that both Joshua and Elizabeth Piatt Powell are buried somewhere in
Washington County. I presumed in Ludow Township but maybe not. Some of their
children ended up in Noble County, some in Pleasants County, West Virginia.
So perhaps I should check there.
