Mitzi,
The Ohio Historical Society has microfilmed many, many newspapers
from Ohio, going way back. They loan out these microfilms through
interlibrary loan. The newspapers from Washington County in 1892 appear to
be the Marietta Leader and the Marietta Times. The Ohio Historical Society
has both papers microfilmed and for loan. You can search for specific
counties or cities by year at the following website. Good luck!
