This site has wonderful maps showing the changes in the bounderies of the
counties in Ohio for the different census years.
Hope you find it useful.

OHIO Census Maps 1810 - 1920

It is important as it shows the formation of Wyandot county (compare the
1840 map to the 1850)

This one shows the current counties, but if you magnify it you can see
where the townships are too...
