Thanks Linda for your answer. I have Ancestry but didnt know about
Genealogy.com having the 1900 index. No one else, not Heritage even, has
it.

There may be others of which I am unaware, but speaking purely of my own
sources:
Genealogy.com's 1900 and 1910 online census images are indexed, which simply
means that in order to have all you need, you have to subscribe to both
Ancestry for 1920 and 30 and Genealogy.com for 1900 and 1910.
Yes, both are owned by MyFamily.com, and it seems to me (IMHO) to be just
one more way to make more money.
