Hi List,

I am trying to find a cemetery in Beckham Co. near Elk City that my
mother called "Meritt Cemetery", don't know if that would even be the
correct spelling. My brother was buried there in 1932/33, he was born
10-1932 and died sometime before he was 6 months old. Don't know
exactly when as my mother never liked to talk about it, only thing she
did say was they were very poor and when he became ill they didn't have
any money to the him to a Doctor and he died. I have a picture of him
in a funeral home. His name was Rupert Alva Hames, is there a book of
1930s deaths around Elk City that someone could do a lookup in. Thank
you.
