I am writing in response to the message you wrote. I too am a Stroud. Grandfather
is Nacona Boyce, Grandmother is Lucretia. My Grandfather was at least half
Cherokee Indian. He spent the earlier part of his life in Oklahoma (I don't
know if it was in Beckham County) and in Texas. He then moved to Florida.
He had a brother, Marshall, who was brutally shot in a place called Dog
Patch, OK (I think).
