Glenda, Like you, I am definately not putting down the state of
Oklahoma, just the health department. Sadly you will hear what I am
saying about them from a lot of people. I was born here and have lived
in Caddo county all my life. So I am an 'Okie' thru and thru. :) I love
Oklahoma.
