Dr. Orange W. Starr was a fixture in Drumright. He also had a brother named
Blue Starr. When Dr. Staff retired, he went to Spavinaw and served as a
doctor to the Cherokee Indians in that area. I went to Dr. Starr for
medical treatment many times.
