i am looking for info on martha ann clark-laudett b. march 13, 1849 in
ohio. she died august 17, 1925 in sapulpa, oklahoma.
she married leigh layfette laudett b. august 8, 1839 in indiana to a
marquis layfette laudette (wife unknown), and he died on december 14, 1923
in sapulpa, oklahoma. they had six children-
in 1875- else laudett, leigh laudett & sarah laudett in illinois
in 1881- margarett ann laudett in mossouri
in 1888- thomas sylvester "vess" laudett & lula laudett in ??
marthas death certificate says that she was born to a norm? clark from
ireland, mother unknown. we do know that she was cherokee indian. she
walked in the trail of tears. i am looking for info on either sides of the
family, the laudetts or the clarks. if anyone has info, please help. i know
that marquis layfett laudett was born in paris, france and died in new
orleans. the dates are unknown. please help!
